Yoga East and its teachers have been established in the Seacoast community for over 16 years. The classes are based in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and infused with a deep respect for the individual student, the healing tradition of yoga and the student teacher relationship. In addition to daily classes, we offer courses, workshops and retreats to enhance the deepen the student's learning experience.

 

New to Yoga:

We understand it can be a challenge to figure out where to begin your journey into Yoga. Start with the foundation and a relaxed pace with Basics I, Basics II, or 4 Week Beginner Series.


Gentle Yoga:

Enjoy a slower paced class? These classes use long holds & meditative techniques to release stress, increase range of motion, relax muscle tension and ease joint stiffness. Yin Yoga & Wise Warriors


Active Yoga:

Our most popular mixed level class builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat and flow with your breath through a creative sequence of postures. Vinyasa


Traditional Series:

Ashtanga Yoga is a classical hatha yoga practice where the breath is set to a sequential series of postures. Full proficiency in all asanas is not necessary but consistent practice is encouraged. Mysore, Primary Series, Second Series, Intro to Mysore
