Beginner Classes:
All of our Beginner classes are designed specifically for new to Yoga students.

Our Beginner Basics offers a slower paced class, time for questions and answers and a foundation of basic alignment, breath and relaxation exercises.
Private Instruction:
For those students that are not comfortable starting in a group setting, Private Instruction is a wonderful place to meet your individual needs, create confidence and develop basic body awareness.
