Have you ever wondered how to bring your yoga into the other 22-23 hours of your day? This class is set up to introduce students to the practices of Yoga off the mat. This course will help students to build meditation, breathing, lifestyle and diet practices into their day to day life.
Philosophy of the eight fold path of Ashtanga Yoga and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras will be introduced as well. It is encouraged that each student devotes a minimum of 20-60 minutes every day during the course to implement these practices. Each class will be lecture format with time for inquiry, question and answer.H
