Just as our computers need maintenance to clean out old programs and files, our bodies and energy systems need special care, especially in these intense times. These regularly scheduled group energy work sessions are designed to help people stay grounded, balanced, and up-to-date energetically.

Sheilagh Durkin, L.Ac., M.S.O.M., is an acupuncturist, herbalist, Reiki Master, and energy worker who specializes in identifying and clearing the patterns in the human energy system that cause disease and disfunction. Sheilagh works at her clinic, Co-creative Health in Portsmouth, NH where she gives individual treatments either in person or long distance. She developed an 8 step method teaching people how to problem solve and manifest by consciously entering into partnership with the forces of creation. She teaches TRUE POWER: the 8 Steps of Conscious Co-creation and facilitates group LIGHTWORK sessions on a regular basis at Yoga East. To provide people with more resources and support for the healing and awakening process, Sheilagh developed a line of flower and gem essences.
