A gentle and safe way to practice yoga through and after Pregnancy
We welcome expecting moms and new mothers to celebrate and share the joys and challenges of pregnancy, delivery, and mothering. Ground yourself in a Pre/Post Natal Yoga practice where you can feel and trust the power of your body while connecting with other women in a nurturing environment. Caring for oneself and developing greater self-awareness can ease your spirit and encourage you to trust your instincts resulting in enhanced mindfulness, discipline, and strength; all of which are beneficial for pregnancy, motherhood, and life. This class consists of Gentle stretching, breath work, and yoga postures that are specifically tailored for the rapidly changing body.
