200 RYT Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training
With Kimberly Dahlmann, 500 E-RYT
This 200 hour Yoga Alliance Approved Teacher Training is for any Yoga student interested in
teaching Yoga or deepening their own personal practice. The training offers a deep exploration of your
own personal practice, a supportive environment in which to inquire both as a
student and teacher, and the development of self-reliance. This 8 month training will include one 5 day
intensive, seven 3 day weekend intensives, a monthly 2 hour master class and 25
hour Practicum. Students will be guided and educated through the anatomy of Yoga- Asana, map of the subtle body or the
energetics of Yoga, hands on adjustments, meditation, pranayama, philosophy,lifestyle, ethics and the seat of being a teacher.
Approximate Schedule:
6 Month Course
Two: 5 Day Intensives
Wednesday- Friday 8-11am & 12-5pm;
Sat & Sun 9am-12pm &1-5pm
Eight:
3 Day Intensives
Friday 5-8pm; Saturday and Sunday 9am-12pm & 1-5pm
Program Fees:
$2850 registered by July 1st
$3000 registered after July 1st
Once accepted into the program a ,$750 non-refundable deposit will be due to hold your spot. Refunds will be available only if your spot is filled.
Scholarships:
Yoga East is very fortunate to be able to offer 2 partial Scholarships through the generosity of a community member. The fees for the program will be reduced in half.
Space in the 2012 Teacher Training is limited. All Applicants must
have a minimum of 3 years of Yoga Experience and Practice. To register, Please e-mail or mail the Application
with $55 Non-refundable Application Fee. Include the Scholarship Form if you
are applying for a scholarship.
Application Cancellation Policy:
$750 Non- Refundable deposit may be available only if your spot is filled. Once the program begins no refunds will be made except in the case of unusual or emergency circumstances.

Participation in this program does not assure a teaching position at Yoga East. The program is not intended as training for future teachers at Yoga East. Teaching at Yoga East is a separate process. This program is designed to provide teachers with a strong foundation to develop their own unique teaching path and deepen their personal practice.
About the Teacher:
Kimberly Dahlmann has been a student of Meditation and Yoga since 1994.
She brings 16 years of intensive yoga experience with many master teachers
from around the world, including Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Nancy Gilgoff, Eddie
Modestini, Nicki Doane, Donna Farhi, David Swenson and Kofi Busia. Kimberly
has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for the last 12 years and is honored and
humbled to share her knowledge and experience with those seeking to deepen
their practices and aspiring to teach Yoga.
Kimberly brings compassion, integrity and sensitivity to the classroom. As a
teacher she intuitively guides the body with strong hands on adjustments,
penetrates both the interior and exterior alignment of the body through
clear communication, and individualizes the practice to meet each student
where they are
