200 Hour Yoga Immersion (200 RYT)
With Kimberly Dahlmann
March 31st-July 9th

Many of us set out on the path of yoga for personal exploration; to heal a bad back, combat stress, feel physically fit, and heal a broken heart or to understand ourselves in a deeper way. At some point along the path we realize that we want to make yoga part of our life. This yearning leads us to the study of yoga. The immersion is for the student looking to deepen their personal practice and also for those looking to develop skills to lead and share a yoga practice with others.

The 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training is an immersion into all aspects of Yoga. Students should be prepared to dive deep not only in the classroom but also in their personal life. The program deepens one exploration of the following:

Asana (alignment, mechanics and form)

Pranayama

Meditation

Mantras

Anatomy

Adjustments

Diet, Lifestyle, and Daily Routine

Restorative and therapeutics

Yoga sutras

About the Teacher:

Kimberly Dahlmann has been a student of Meditation and Yoga for over 20 years and a teacher for 17 years. She has studied with many master teachers of yoga around the world and is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of the Ashtanga Yoga lineage as taught by Sri. K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.

As a teacher of yoga, Kimberly brings compassion, integrity, and sensitivity to the classroom. With a strong foundational emphasis on alignment, asana and yogic philosophy, Kimberly weaves together the deeper layers and energetics of practice as she intuitively guides students with strong, hands-on adjustments and clear communication. Kimberly inspires students to work with deep focus and intensity and to penetrate a deeper awareness within, as they study and explore the interior and exterior alignment of their own mind, body and spirit.
