This
4-week course is a wonderful introduction to the
science of Ashtanga Yoga.
Over the
course of the class,
you will learn how to use your breath to facilitate
movement
in and out of the postures, as well as gain an awareness of the
connection between your body, mind and spirit.
This course is
great for beginners; it offers the personal attention and
supporting
environment that
is necessary to begin any new endeavor. Pre-

because it is an ongoing course, drop-
