From North:  I-95S NH Exit 7 Market Street/Downtown. Turn left off exit ramp. Take second right onto Deer St. Go straight through first traffic light, second building on the right.
From South: I-95N to Exit 7 Market Street/Downtown. Go right off exit ramp. Take second right onto Deer St. Go straight through first traffic light, second building on the right.
From West: Spaulding Turnpike S/Rt 4 East to Portsmouth traffic circle. Take Rt 1 Bypass North
to Maplewood Ave exit. Go right off exit ramp. Turn right at first traffic light, second building on the right.

There is NO Yoga East Sign.  Enter through rear of building through blue door near stairway.
