The “mysore style”
of practice is based on
the teaching
of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of
Mysore, India. This one-on one
approach,
within a group setting, is the most effective
method
for students to practice at their own
pace with individual attention
from the teacher.
Teacher is present to assist and guide student
in memorization of proper sequencing, breath
coordination (vinyasa), and deeper postural
alignment. Ideal for devoted yogis and yoginis
looking for an assisted daily practice.
*6am Mysore: doors open at 5.45am; teacher adjusting till
7.45am. Students must be finished practice at 8am
*9.15am Mysore: doors open at 9am; teacher adjusting till 11am.
