This “mysore style” practice is based on
the teaching
of Sri K. Patthabhi Jois of
Mysore, India. This one-on one
approach,
within a group setting, is the most effective
method
for students to practice at their own
pace with individual attention
from the teacher.
Teacher is present to assist and guide student
in memorization of proper sequencing, breath
coordination (vinyasa),
and deeper posture
alignment. Ideal for devoted yogis and yoginis
looking for an assisted daily practice.
Open
Studio
Open Studio is an opportunity for students to do their own practice with
out the guidance of the teacher. Teacher is present until 730. We
recommend that the student learns the practice and receive assistance from
the teacher. Please arrive accordingly. |
