We will unwind the body while we
engage and turn the mind toward the teachings of
Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
For many of us, the path of Yoga starts with Asanas, or postures. While
written thousands of years ago, The Yoga Sutra’s use concise verses to
convey messages that are effective even for today’s Yogi. In this evening
workshop, we’ll use them as a way to uncover what Yoga is beyond the mat:
the guidebook to help us delve into the obstacles on the path of Yoga and
how we use our practice to remain peaceful.
