Intermediate (Second)
Series is the natural continuation
of the Primary Series. We will
break
down the practice
one posture at a time and allow the student to develop
through
modifications
as well as moving into deeper
expressions. The
integration of
exploring the front side
of the body
through deep
back bending, spinal twists,
and inversions will stabilize
your
energetic body and
free
the Heart. A must for any daily Ashtanga practitioner. |
