Valerie Fagin is a certified Restorative Yoga teacher and has been a practitioner of Yoga for over 20 years.  Valerie currently teaches and holds workshops for the Portsmouth School Enrichment Program, Cocheco Arts and Technology Academy and here at Yoga East. Valerie's intention is to create a nurturing and healing environment for all practitioners.

While Kristina is away on Maternity leave, Valerie will be teaching the Pre-Natal Yoga on Thursday nights.  Valerie is excited to share with all the Seacoast moms-to-be.
