Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a traditional Yoga and Meditation practice
that promotes a deep state of relaxation to access our innate wisdom. Yoga
philosophy states that an individual holds
two spaces within his/her mental, emotional and physical bodies that
inhibits one from accessing the true self;
Sukha and Dukha. Sukha is our attachment that
dwells upon pleasure and Dukha is our aversion that dwells upon
pain. The quality of these spaces determines how one feels. Yoga Nidra
helps to induce relaxation into the entire body
and mind, eliminate stress, solve interpersonal problems, promote health,
and ultimately realize the fundamental
goal of Yoga, Freedom.
