This four-week series will introduce practices and routines that revitalize one's daily health, provide a reset for seasonal change, and enhance one's connection to their inner self using Ayurveda. Each class will offer simple and effective Ayurvedic practices that support detoxification, rejuvenation, immune support, and restoration to the body, mind, and spirit.
Also included are simple yoga postures and breathing practices that refresh the body and refuel one's inner calm. There will be time to examine what gets in the way of mindfully caring for oneself with affection and care, and helpful strategies to incorporate into a daily routine.
It can feel overwhelming to begin learning Ayurvedic practices and routines. You may ask, “When will I have the time?” The most important thing and the joy of bringing Ayurveda into your life is one step at a time. Therefore, we go slowly and introduce the new practices and habits into your life one by one. An Ayurvedic lifestyle is really a journey of self-discovery, mindfulness and awareness that results in improvement in your overall health, well being and stronger spiritual growth.
