Registration & Cancellation Policy

Workshop Policies

For all in-house workshops at Yoga East, we require a $55 non-refundable deposit to secure your space.
For all Retreats, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your space. Retreats will have different payment timelines.
For all Teacher Training Immersions, we require a $750 non-refundable deposit to hold your space once accepted into the program.  Different payment timelines will be included in a contract.

How to Register

  • Phone - Call us at (603) 422-YOGA. We can answer any questions you have about upcoming workshops and help you find accommodations.
  • E-Mail - Send us an e-mail at info@yogaeastyoga.com. Let us know which workshop you are interested in attending, and any questions you might have. We usually return e-mail inquiries within a day or two.
  • Online - Visit our Workshop page and look over all our upcoming workshops. You may secure your spot by registering through Mindbody and pay the required fee or deposit. We will then contact you that we have received your payment and ask for any additional information we may need.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life continuously challenges us with time and money, and that unanticipated circumstances may arise and not allow you to attend a workshop that you have signed up for. Yoga East has put the following policy into place to ensure fair treatment of all workshop attendees.

All Cancellations within the timeline described below, You will be issued a studio credit ONLY, less the $55 non-refundable fee, $500 for Retreats, $750 for Teacher Training.

All Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop, 120 Days within the start of a retreat or teacher training and if you do not show up, or if you have to leave the workshop early, there is no credit or refund available.  We recommend travel insurance for all retreats.

Yoga East reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.

In the event this happens, Yoga East will issue a full refund.
