Beginner Series - Intro to Ashtanga

The foundation of any practice begins with the basics. This class is the PLACE TO START for anyone interested in beginning Yoga or reconnecting with their practice.You are given the opportunity to explore your breath (ujjayi), meditative movement (vinyasa), and calming the mind by turning your awareness inward towards the unique aspects of Ashtanga Yoga. Pacing of this class is slower for integration.
