In this class we will take time to explore some key principles to create a deeper understanding and more space within the poses. Opening the Hips through Standing Poses, Extending the Spine with safe and therapeutic Back bending and Inversions to create balance and strength are some of the topics to be covered! Come open to play, sweat, break down and learn each pose in a new way.
