The Second Series is known as Nadi Shodana, which means "nerve cleansing". This series focuses on the energetic regions of the spine, pelvis, and hips and will be broken down over 3 weeks to explore the different sections of this practice.
The first week will focus on back bending and the energetic & anatomy of the spine. The second week will explore the flexibility & stability within the hips, pelvis & sacrum for eka pada and dwi pada sirsasana. The last week we will explore the strength & stability of the shoulders and arms for balancing and headstands.
