200 Hour Yoga Immersion (200 RYT)
With Kimberly Dahlmann

Next Immersion Fall 2018

Many of us set out on the path of yoga for personal exploration; to heal a bad back, combat stress, feel physically fit, and heal a broken heart or to understand ourselves in a deeper way. At some point along the path we realize that we want to make yoga part of our life. This yearning leads us to the study of yoga. The immersion is for the student looking to deepen their personal practice and also for those looking to develop skills to lead and share a yoga practice with others.

The 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training is an immersion into all aspects of Yoga. Students should be prepared to dive deep not only in the classroom but also in their personal life. The program deepens one exploration of the following:

  • Asana (alignment, mechanics and form)
  • Pranayama
  • Meditation
  • Mantras
  • Anatomy
  • Adjustments
  • Diet, Lifestyle, and Daily Routine
  • Restorative and therapeutics
  • Yoga sutras

I am beyond grateful for having the experience of being a student of Kimberly’s 200-hour yoga teacher training. Whether your intention is to teach or simply delve deeper as a student, her knowledge of the Ashtanga practice and her compassion and ability to share it with others is a true gift. The bonds created with the other yogis in my training and our time together with Kimberly is sacred. It inspires me to keep leaning, practicing and I am now teaching prenatal yoga!

Kimberly is an inspirational teacher and is an expert in her field. I completed Kimberly’s 200-hour Yoga Immersion Teacher Training in 2016 and had an amazing experience. With Kimberly’s guidance, I learned so much information, I began to heal my body, and I deepened my practice...all alongside a wonderful group of Yogis! The entire course was thoughtfully planned down to the very last detail. Kimberly possesses a wealth of knowledge about the body of yoga and the student’s relationship to yoga, which she skillfully imparts authentically, with concern, sincerity, and love. I highly recommend this training to any Yogi who is ready to look closer within! Five Stars and Thumbs Up!!
