300 Hour Yoga Immersion (500 RYT)
With Kimberly Dahlmann

September 2017 – April 2018

This course is for students and teachers who have already completed their 200 Hour training and are interested in deepening their own practice and developing their skills as a teacher. The curriculum is set up with teachers in mind but you do not have to be currently teaching to apply.

Many students take a 200 hour training for personal growth and may or may not begin to teach. Many are left with a desire to continue to explore the endless and profound path of Yoga. The 300 hour program is a continuation of integrating what we already know, challenging and developing new skills on our mats as well as in the classroom, and deepening our communication and integration of the practice. The program deepens one exploration of the following:

  • Asana (alignment, mechanics and form)
  • Pranayama
  • Meditation
  • Mantras
  • Anatomy
  • Art of teaching
  • Ethics
  • Sequencing
  • Adjustments
  • Ayurveda Cleanse (14-21 days)
  • Prenatal Yoga
  • Yoga sutras, Gita, and Vedic Philosophy

Application

Students must have a minimum of 5 years of consistent practice in order to apply and have completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance course approved by Kimberly.

About the Teacher

Kimberly Dahlmann has been a student of Meditation and Yoga for over 23 years and a teacher for 18 years. She has studied with many master teachers of yoga around the world and is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of the Ashtanga Yoga lineage as taught by Sri. K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.

As a teacher of yoga, Kimberly brings compassion, integrity, and sensitivity to the classroom. With a strong foundational emphasis on alignment, asana and yogic philosophy, Kimberly weaves together the deeper layers and energetics of practice as she intuitively guides students with strong, hands-on adjustments and clear communication. Kimberly inspires students to work with deep focus and intensity and to penetrate a deeper awareness within, as they study and explore the interior and exterior alignment of their own mind, body and spirit.
