This four-week-long series is THE PLACE TO START for anyone interested in beginning yoga or reconnecting with their practice.
The foundation of any practice begins with the basics. You are given the opportunity to explore your breath (ujjayi), meditative movement (vinyasa), and calming the mind by turning your awareness inward towards the unique aspects of Ashtanga yoga. The pacing of this class is slower for integration.
