Devotion & Stillness: Yin Yoga, Meditation & Puja

  • Yoga East 2 State Road Kittery, ME, 03904 USA (map)

The practices of Aghor yoga (mantra meditation, beautiful and simple daily rituals, pranayama, yoga) are all designed to remind us of our innate and divine wholeness. It is from this place of wholeness and connection that we can be of the best service in the world. Babaji says that Sadhana (any effort to connect to our innate spirituality) and Seva (selfless service) are the bookends of a good life. Fullness overflowing.

During the class, we will explore the daily puja (ritual) performed at dawn and dusk at both Sonoma Ashram and Bal Ashram. The meditation using mantra and pranayama are further ways to connect with our essential wholeness. Established in Self, we are inspired to be of service to others.

“Nothing is worth losing the peace in your heart.”-Babaji
