The subtle and gentle practices of yoga can surprisingly create the most transformation. The quieter you become the clearer you can see. This place of listening can create a sense of vulnerability as our shadow sides come forward. However, it is essential in order to deepen and grow on our journey towards peace.
In this 3-week course we will explore the tools and techniques of restorative asana, meditation, pranayama, and deep relaxation/yoga nidra. This class is open to all levels of students.
